– New patient special is exclusive for new patients only. Includes comprehensive exam, 2 x-rays, scale and polish, fluoride treatment and oral hygiene advice. Health fund card must be presented at time of appointment to claim health fund rebate. If health fund rebate is greater than $169 any excess amount will not be credited or refunded. Health fund rebate only offer is subject to payment by health fund for all items. The patient will be responsible for payment of $169 if payment is not made by health fund for any item.

– For CDBS eligible patients treatment will be bulk billed until their $1000 limit is reached. Patients must provide their Medicare card details when booking the appointment.

– DVA eligible patients must present their DVA card at time of appointment. Bulk billing of treatment is subject to type of DVA card and annual limits.
