House Call Doctor is an After Hours Medical Deputising Service. Our after hours Doctors look after patients in their homes and at aged care facilities.
House Call Doctor, after hours Doctors, bulk bill all eligible patients with a Medicare or DVA card. Patients without a Medicare card can pay a one off fee, please ask our call centre for details. All our Doctors are qualified and trained general practitioners.
Three Easy ways to Book
Our mission is to provide the highest standard of medical care, in the after hours to patients in their own home and aged care facilities.
Our Doctors are fully equipped to treat urgent problems in the home.
Your Doctor will receive a detailed report about the consultation, which is electronically transferred, faxed or posted the following day.
Any pathology/radiology tests an after hours Doctor refers you for, a copy will go to your regular GP. This ensures your regular GP is fully informed and able to provide any required follow up. Patients are advised to see their regular GP for follow up and any test results.
House Call Doctor engages appropriately qualified and trained General Practitioners.
Our Doctors have a genuine interest in the care and wellbeing of their patients.
Fees and Billing Arrangements
House Call Doctor after hours Doctors, bulk bill all eligible patients with a Medicare or DVA card. Patients who do not have a Medicare or DVA card, can pay a one off $180 fee for the visit.
