I’m Bonnie and I started personal training at the age of 52. For the past 12 years, I have made my passion my business. I work with people who want to improve their fitness, strength, and flexibility, but best of all they can have fun while they do it. Embarking on the fitness journey alone can be frustrating and difficult, but at Fabulous Physical Fun, you have a qualified trainer on hand guide you through each session, all in a friendly and safe environment. There are many different classes on offer, from small groups, focusing on fitness and strength, Pilates, Yoga Stretch, and Zumba. Whether you are a beginner or the more experienced participant, you will be catered for.
