If you’ve already broken your New Year’s Resolution, Febfast is your chance for a do over.

February is Febfast month! You are encouraged to break a bad habit of your choice and raise money for disadvantaged young Australians.

What is Febfast?

It’s an initiative of the Youth Support and Advocacy Service (YSAS). It has raised $8 million to help disadvantaged Australians aged 12 to 25.

  • and become more aware of their health (86%)

How much money has been raised?

Febfast has helped thousands of young people across the country who struggle with serious disadvantages for over ten 10 years. These include:

  • Mental health issues
