Bertram Physiotherapy is a hands on physiotherapy clinic in downtown Ipswich. We treat musculo-skeletal conditions such as spinal pain and injury; shoulder injuries; sports injuries; degenerative arthritis; headaches; tendonitis and overuse injury. Private patients do not require a Doctors referral, and private health funds are processed onsite electronically.
We work in conjunction with treating surgeons to develop rehabilitation programs for post-operative orthopaedic patients and have a rehabilitation gym onsite.
With a Doctors referral: WorkCover, DVA and EPC (medicare) are welcome. We provide worksite assessments and return to work plans as well as pre-employment assessments.
Our Physiotherapists use a variety of progressive techniques such as soft-tissue massage and gentle manipulation; dry needling; taping and exercise prescription.
All physiotherapy interventions begin with thorough assessment of the injured site as well as the overall body.
Bertram Physiotherapy also offers remedial massage for headaches, spinal pain and pain associated with muscle and joint stiffness.
